Jason,
I just realized that refreshing the thread page does not always pull in the image.
Is this an issue with the image resolution or some hick-up between the forum and the link to my image on the webshots web site ?

Steaphany,
Well that's weird. When I first viewed the thread, the image showed up and said it was 6xx pixels wide I think. Now the image is broken, but I can view the image directly and it's fully size. I haven't seen this before. I will look in to it.

Hmm, posting a full size works from my server, but not webshots...

Steaphany -
What's weird is sometimes the full size shows, and sometimes it doesn't. In the current refresh of my browser window, I have linked to the full size, and it works. Other times it doesn't.
I'm wondering if it's something funny webshots is doing to prevent people from downloading the fullsize images without being friends or something. but clicking the link always yields the image. Strange.
My personal reccomendation would be to post a smaller size and then link to the original. I personally like to post 800px wide images and then link to bigger...usually.

Oops, sorry about that. Sometimes I forget that for many people, English isn't a first language.

Trying out a test with links from another photo web site Prints available from imagekind.comYup - This works Did another test, the whole image is now part of the URL yet, the resize banner still works. The only problem is the post has a left-right scroll bar
